Broken machines, lost money and asked for reimbursement but never notified! No change in machine!

I will not be using this particular business again! This is the 3rd time I have visited this business. The first time about half the dryers were not working. The second time the door to the dryer kept popping open, probably due to a bad door seal and the place was a mess at 8 a.m. When I went to dry my clothes in one of the driers today, I could see flames behind the dryer and the break in case of emergency fire box had an temporarily out of service sticker on it!!! I would suggest finding an alternative place to do your laundry. Call and speak to someone you might suggest. This might be a possibility if all the listed numbers for this business were not out of service!
